Guest Espresso: Costa Rica La Minita Tarrazu 100% Sundried
Today's guest espresso at Batdorf and Bronson's Dancing Goats Espresso across from the Farmers Market is sundried La Minita. You folks should check it out intensely sweet think maple syrup with a vibrant juicy acidity and laser clean finish it is pretty awesome. The DG always pulls a different guest espresso along with Dancing Goats Blend but this was such a surprising shot I thought I would let you all know. Cheers.

out of curiosity, how long will you have that down there as the guest espresso? any left after what i'm sure was a wicked fun/busy arts walk weekend?
