Steam Dampness
Hey, I was wondering in anyone had any thoughts on the 'wetness' or 'dryness' of their stream in relation to the quality of microfoam.
In your experience (if you've played around with it) do you prefer a very dry steam or a more wet steam - and what have you found the differences to be in the final product.
