I met this gal today and she has a real passion for baking food for people with specific food preferences or diets. I am not affiliated with her, just promoting her baked goods.
She is located in the Tacoma/Seattle, Washington area and is looking to expand her food into coffee shops in the Pacific Northwest. Her company is only 3+ weeks old, so she is eager to get it ramped up.
