So at my coffee shop, Burgies Coffee and Tea Co. in Ames we have an ongoing employee education program. It includes catergorized, by month and theme, new information regarding the coffee business. This coming month's theme is model Cafes. Ones that have been successfull, long standing, etc. I found a great write-up about Inteligentsia that was really great, but can't seem to find any write-ups on cafes that are any good. Anything would help!

I'm new to this site, it looks great and I'm excited to be an active member.
