Thanks for info. We're perfectly aware that the start is to run through the courses and later on you can pratice your whole life. To become a good roaster it takes you a minimum of five years, it's really of full life of practicing and learning. But at least with something and somewhere. Any change you make during roasting will show out in the cup tasting.
Best regards from Spain.

"become a professional roaster in just three days." Not possible. Which is not to say three days training wouldn't prepare someone to begin their journey in becoming a professional roaster. It's easy to turn beans brown, it's a life long journey mastering the ever changing nuances of making different beans sing.

Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on the cold brew systems? I was sampling some last week and it was really smooth. http://www.toddycafe.com Would a tea bag work just as well?
