Gustavo, é um prazer conhecê-lo aqui na Barista Exchange. Eu estive lendo os anúncios nas revistas para sua empresa, e sempre gostava de ver fotos dos proprietários de fazendas diferentes no Sul de Minais nas páginas das revistas de café. Minha esposa está em São Paulo neste fim de semana. Ela está terminando sua viagem para visitar a família no interior. Espero voltar com o início do próximo ano. Temos família, em Brasília, Anápolis, Goiânia e Uberlândia. Minha última viagem para visitar fazendas e cooperativas de café no Sul de Minas foi de 2006. Gostaria de saber se você está familiarizado com a Copa Café? Al
Inigo, if you ever do decide to get an I-Roast2, I sell them here at the shop and could ship one to you. Runs on 110 Volts. As Teresa said it is a great way to learn and get better at the basics. It was my first roaster as well.

i think there should be 2 different packs of information honestly. one for even exchanges and one for guest baristas.
if there is an even exchange it should be worked out more so between the 2 shops than the individual barista. that way no one is...

and i would never put sugar on top of espresso and pull it. but thats just me personally. i am against it. but i think if you dont want to make it the real way, the best and closest thing to it with an espresso machine would...
