Vincent,

I believe your afterburner would work with a Diedrich IR 3 (3 kilo, not 3 lbs, as you probably know).

I'd be very interested in the afterburner and vent.

Please contact my by cell (612) 716-5066 or email at: djscriver@gmail.com

Thanks,

Hi Jackie
Do you still have you 30 kilo Petroncini for sale?

Jackie Billings said:
I have a circa 1910 Probat 5 kilo and a 30 kilo petroncini for sale.
The Probat is in original working condition. Beautiful machine-- would make an excellent shop roaster or just collector's item.
The Petroncini requires a refurb, and can be restored to your individual needs. A great machine nonetheless, and this machine would be a steal for some lucky person looking to upgrade.
We will crate and ship and/or install as well.

For pics/more info email jackie @ mochajoes.com

Awesome, this is all great feedback. I definitely dont mind paying a little extra for a reliable machine. After all i have no idea how to fix anything major that is wrong with it. Ive been useing a La Marzocco for the last 3 years, and its been pret…

Our Tea tasting went really great. We offered 7 teas, went over tea types, brewing temperatures, difference between loose leaf and bags while tasting teas. I also put out some cheese that I thought complemented each tea. People were really excited.…

A couple of 13 cup Chemexes (65 ounces) brewed simultaneously, dosed at roughly 60g per liter —roughly 120g, give or take— would do the trick for a 3-5 liter airpot. Just keep in mind that as your dosing increases your grind needs to go more toward…

I am working on my menu in my shop, and am trying to decide about my brewing offerings. I will be having a pourover bar, rather than airpots of mechanical drip coffee, due to my commitment to providing the freshest cup possible. I plan to have a dri…

Yep... that's about right. All machines have some benefits and fans, or else they wouldn't be in business. For a fast paced drive-thru, I'd say make sure it is a big boiler and quick steamer. Forget the two groups... you'll be 3 group territory. Yo…
