Vincent,

I believe your afterburner would work with a Diedrich IR 3 (3 kilo, not 3 lbs, as you probably know).

I'd be very interested in the afterburner and vent.

Please contact my by cell (612) 716-5066 or email at: djscriver@gmail.com

Thanks,

Hi Jackie
Do you still have you 30 kilo Petroncini for sale?

I have a circa 1910 Probat 5 kilo and a 30 kilo petroncini for sale.
The Probat is in original working condition. Beautiful machine-- would make an excellent shop roaster or just collector's item.
The Petroncini requires a refurb, and can be restored to your individual needs. A great machine nonetheless, and this machine would be a steal for some lucky person looking to upgrade.
We will crate and ship and/or install as well.

For pics/more info email jackie @ mochajoes.com

To some degree i believe what they are saying. They could have said it with a little more finesse though. The idea is that you can roast to taste the bean, or roast to taste the roast. The route that every great roaster is taking is to just roast ...

I agree with Mike. The problem is that a huge portion of naturals are really bad. We are typically exposed to the ones that are super high quality. We also cannot leave out the huge portions of Brazilian coffees that are natural processed. I find ...
