I have a IR-40 which looks like new, and a IR-3 which looks like hell. I thought I'd look for offers before I put 'em on Craig's List.

Mike, I already have an IR-3, but might be in the market for another. It'd be for back of house, so ugly is fine. How's it run? Does it have a profile automation unit or all manual? Floor model, yes? and last, where are you? tks.
Hi Tom,

It is a floor model, without atomation. We are looking for 4500 bucks. Please give me a call to discuss further.

Best Regards,

Hi Mike just wondering have you sold the IR40 yet. We have one ourselves and have recently discovered that only 15 were ever built, we also have a 25k Gothot she's as old as me but I'd wager roasts a darn site better than me as well. Cheers Peter

I was thinking maybe since I love cooking cooffee perhaps I could sell it to someone. Please let me know. la.bussey@yahoo.com. I am not worried about how it looks just need it to work. Thank you.

Our customers like the taste of Big Train Spiced Chai. We have tried others including oregon chai but they don't like it. We stick with what the customers like. :-)

We use Morning Glory Chai which is made locally here in seattle. it is very nicely balanced, not too spicy, and very clean tasting. I think it is probably a little more expensive than most chais, but we just charge accordingly. They are a great comp…
