Pirate? Trust me.
I may not YET bet considered a professional because my profession isn't coffee. But, soon enough it shall be and a PIRATE I will be! The first time I saw 9th Street's new logo and heard Ken talk about their idealist view of being a "coffee pirate," I knew when my shop opened it wouldn't be anything less than a pirate shop!
I hope you don't mind an amateur in your midst. But as you can see on my blog there isn't anything conventional about my coffee preparation!
