Good work with moving around the burrs sections. I was so confused as to why I couldn't find Bunn G-series burrs on that site for a while (I emailed you guys and you sent me a link immediately, so I found them anyway through you guys). I think they used to be in espresso burr sets and now they are right where they should be in the bulk etc burrs.

Love the new site btw.

I don't know what your plans are with the "Custom espresso machines" section, but IMO, you should at least have some pictures of some of you guys' work. Intelli's LM in the banner gives an idea, but if people weren't actively seeking out the modifications that you guys are doing in other areas of the coffee industry they might not know what you are capable of.

The Darth Vader 5gp Linea Mechanical Paddle is one place to start... haha.

Terry,

Why no more Nuova Point cups and saucers? I have bought no less than 4 sets from you over the years and like these better than everything else. Brown 020 & 020C baby!

Espresso Parts, Where would we all be without you?

Congrats Terry, I know it takes a lot of work, a lot of revisions, a lot of revisions, a lot of revisions and a lot of revisions. That's one checkmark that allows you to go home at the end of the day feeling good!

Nuova Point quality control became a huge issue. We often had to sort through pallets of cups to assemble sets. The quality of our new cups id far superior to that of Nuova Point and were designed to our specs. We feel that our new cups are a far better choice for the cafe environment. We will have some new shapes in the very near future, including tulip.

It's been a while since I last visited the site, but two things are readily awesome: dropping the "nw" from the url makes the company name and web address POP, and I now spend zero time thinking about other Espresso Parts that don't exist. The hovering/drop menus make it really easy to find out what's offered, eliminating any need for a sitemap (having one is almost copping to a complicated site layout). I really enjoy the top-to-bottom, squared off presentation. Good work!

IMHO a machine featuring saturated groups is ultimately what you should be shooting for. Though I wouldn't put up a humongous investment on one initially because there are a LOT of indie-type start up coffee shops coming up right now and the probabi…

Sorry Jay, I can be a little inept at times... The reson that I posed this question in the first place is because I feel that most coffee shop owners seem to have a little bit of a jaded view about what they offer. We do have some truly outstand sho…
