Speaking of what Brian said, the drink that introduced me to smaller espresso-forward drinks was a "caramel con panna". Caramel in the espresso and on top of the whipped cream.
You can't really jump strait into drinking espresso. Ease yourself in...
OK OK I give up! I confess!!!!
I don't use whipped cream but I do put a chocolate brownie in a cup and then run a double espresso over it.
Then I eat it with a spoon.
My co-workers think I need intervention. :(.

I did go look at the websites of the most common, popular brands: La Marzocco (my hands-down first choice), Nuova Simonelli, Rancilio, Astoria, La Cimbali, etc. None of them listed authorized service companies. I know that some companies, such as ...
I did start a public coffee wave not to long ago, with a little intrest...tough to figure out a good way to use it for this yet. I did add you to the wave or if you use a search with with:public...as in with:public coffee... you can find it.
