Event Description

Join Barista from around China competiting for the title of Ultimate Barista China in a unique dueling barista format. Challenge categories are Latte Art, Espresso Frappe, Espresso Cocktail and Best of Brew - Baristi enter and compete in a qualifying round and those who win go on to challenge an Ultimate Barista of their choice to compete in a one-on-one dueling final contest of fast-paced espresso excellence. Qualifying winners select either Ultimate Barista China, Ultimate Barista Korea or Ultimate Barista USA in the championship rounds. The UBC appears at FHC China, Shanghai.
